Nauplii Stocking Day Patented Sustained Release Technology

DriftAct Dosing Rule
Apply 1 mL of DriftAct for every 5 Tons of water volume.
When & How to Deploy
Drop 1 whole sustained-release vial directly into the tank loop while pumping initial algae.
Target Metrics
Expect to observe a measurable reduction in pathogenic Vibrio loads within 4 to 6 hours.
2

Daily Probiotic Routine VibQuench™ Quorum Quenching

Apply every day from Nauplii stocking until the Post-Larvae stage, provided water salinity is high (> 5 PPT).

Standard Proportions (Per 10-Ton Tank)
10 Liters treated seawater + 50 mL VibQuench Probiotic (5 ppm) + 30 grams Jaggery (3 ppm).
Brewing Activation
Place air stones into the bucket. Brew with continuous aeration for exactly 6 hours (± 1 hour).
Tank Delivery
Pour the entire brewed content unfiltered into the 10-ton rearing tank. Keep ratios identical for other sizes.
QC Read
Agar Field Check: At the end of brewing, plating should yield a dense lawn of pure yellow colonies on TCBS agar. This confirms the brewing process is good and the probiotic is highly active.

Low-Salinity Acclimation Phase Nevizh Pro Switch

⚠️
Critical Shift Action (Usually around PL5)
When the hatchery begins dropping salinity levels down below 5 PPT to match low-saline farms: STOP using VibQuench and switch directly to brewing and dosing Nevizh Pro (Bacillus probiotic).
⚠️ Hatchery Operational Disclaimer: The dosing volumes and chronological paths listed above reflect metrics derived from controlled laboratory evaluation and commercial hatchery validation data. Actual biological needs, aggregation dynamics, and colony transformation speeds may vary depending on water loop configurations, native plankton loading, and local biosafety management. Consult a Nevizh technical expert for site-specific optimization.

Targeted Biocontrol Deployment DriftAct™ Phage Inoculation

Pond Dosing Rule
Take exactly 2 vials of DriftAct per acre pond per treatment cycle.
Host Matching Protocol
Mix contents thoroughly into approximately 10 Liters of water drawn directly from the target pond (ensures proper host matching with native target Vibrio).
Application & Timing
Broadcast the mixture evenly across the pond surface during early morning hours. Expect a significant drop in total Vibrio loads within 2 days.
2

Pond Probiotic Fermentation VibQuench™ Quorum Quenching

Sustained biological exclusion routine optimized for grow-out conditions where water parameters are stable.

Brewing Ratios & Source Water
100 Liters of fresh bore water (salinity range must preferably be ≥ 5 PPT and < 50 PPT) + 600 grams of pure Jaggery + 1 Liter of VibQuench.
Temperature & Timing Optimization
Execute brewing strictly during daytime hours when ambient temperatures are optimal. Keep the vessel covered securely for 8 hours.
Aeration & Pond Delivery
Provide continuous aeration if air stones are available. After 8 hours, pour the entire 100L mixture unfiltered directly into the pond water..
QC Read
Agar Field Check: Successful fermentation must yield a thick lawn of pure yellow colonies on TCBS agar plates, serving as a direct confirmation that the probiotic is active and ready to dominate the pond ecosystem.
⚠️ Farm Operational Disclaimer: Grow-out application tracks, timeline metrics, and dosing rules are structured as per controlled condition data. Actual required inputs, system stabilization timelines, and microbial dominance curves can vary depending on feeding ratios, organic loading levels, aeration efficiency, and individual farm management protocols. Consult a Nevizh area representative for tailored site optimization plans.
